How to Cancel Your Formstack for Salesforce Account

To cancel your Salesforce App account, please email our Billing Team. To contact our Billing Team, simply click the 'Submit a ticket' button at the top right of the Support site or get started here. 


Once we have received your email, we will follow up with a confirmation once the cancellation has been finalized.
